Welcome to my travel diary website! I love to journey alone off the beaten track around the world and I set up this site for my family and friends to follow my adventures. I am a deaf person, so there is often a unique slant to my travel experiences and I enjoy sharing them.

It’s been a long time coming, but I should soon be able to share some photos on this site when I get additional web-design know-how. I’ll have to write a brief “about me” paragraph too..!
Click here to see how the site originally looked shortly after it was first created in March 2006, just before I started travelling. The design was much maligned and was later refined into this, which was the main look of the website until I finally abandoned the dinosaur-esque method of using Microsoft Word to maintain the website and designed the current version in April 2010.
